Claxon VR privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Versión en español · This policy covers Claxon VR for Meta Quest only. The Android game has its own policy.
In short: Claxon VR does not connect to the internet, shows no ads and sends no data anywhere. Everything the game knows stays on your headset.
Who is responsible
Claxon VR is developed by Chopi Studio. For any question about this policy, write to chopistudiojuegos@gmail.com.
No internet, no ads, no statistics
The app does not ask for the internet permission, so it cannot send anything off the headset. It has no advertising, no analytics and no accounts. It does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
What the game uses on your headset
| What | What for | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Hand tracking (the position of your hands and fingers) | To play: poke and pinch the traffic lights, pick up the traffic officers and the board. | It is used on the spot and not stored. It never leaves the headset. |
| Space data (the room you scanned in the headset: tables, walls and furniture) | To rest the board on your real table. The game asks for the space data permission the first time. It reads your saved room with Meta's MR Utility Kit. If there is no scanned room, the game offers to open the headset's own room-setup screen; if you say no, the board floats in front of you and the game works the same. | It is read on the headset and not stored. The only thing kept is where you left the board on a plane (see below). |
| Environment depth (a depth map of what is in front of you) | Only in Freeplay: to find the objects you put on your table so the game can build the city around them. | It is processed on the headset's graphics chip while you scan. The game does not receive camera images, does not keep the depth map and does not store it or send it. |
| Passthrough (seeing your room through the headset) | So the city appears in your room. It is drawn by the headset's system. | The game does not have access to the camera images of the passthrough. |
What is saved on the headset
The game saves, on the headset's own storage, only what it needs to continue where you left off: your progress (levels won, stars, passport stamps), the language and the place where you left the board (an identifier of the table plane and a position and turn relative to it). None of this has your name, and it is deleted if you uninstall the game.
The Meta platform
Your headset and your Meta account are run by Meta Platforms. Hand tracking, the room scan and the passthrough are handled by the headset's system, and Meta's own privacy policy and settings apply to them. You can revoke the space-data permission for Claxon VR at any time in the headset's settings. The game includes Meta's software kit (Meta XR SDK and MR Utility Kit), which may record technical usage events through the headset's system under Meta's policy; Claxon VR does not receive them and has no internet permission.
Your rights
Because Chopi Studio does not receive any personal data from this app, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have any question or request, write to chopistudiojuegos@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Children
Claxon VR is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from people of that age (it does not collect data from anyone). Meta sets a minimum age for its headsets.
Changes to this policy
If what the game does with data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
